Vutesa is white-label AI infrastructure operated by Vutesa ("Vutesa", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect on vutesa.com and vutesa.ai, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

If you use an AI assistant that is powered by Vutesa but branded by another company, that company is the controller of the conversation data and its own privacy policy applies to you.

Information you provide: the details you submit through our Build Your AI form — company name, work email, the name you'd like for your AI, and any notes you add.

Information collected automatically: standard request data such as pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device type, and interaction events like CTA clicks and demo usage.

Interactive demos on this site (the configurator, sample chat, and knowledge uploader) run in your browser. Files you select in the configurator preview are not uploaded to our servers.

To operate, secure, and improve the site, including measuring which pages and features are useful.

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage keys for site functionality and aggregate analytics. Analytics events are limited to page views, CTA and share clicks, and demo interactions.

You can block cookies in your browser. The site remains usable, though some preferences may not persist.

For customers who run a branded assistant on Vutesa, each brand is a separate tenant with isolated knowledge, credentials, configuration, and logs.

Customer content is retrieved at answer time inside that tenant boundary and is not used to train shared models.

Customers set their own retention schedules and may request deletion of sources, conversations, and derived indexes.

We share information with service providers who host, secure, and support the platform under contract, and where required by law.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to evaluate and support the relationship, then deleted or anonymized.

Access to systems is role-based and least-privilege, integration credentials are encrypted at rest, and actions are logged.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing.

The site and platform are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 16.
