Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vutesa website at vutesa.com and vutesa.ai, and any demos, forms or documentation offered on it.

By using the site you agree to these terms. Paid use of the Vutesa platform is governed by a separate written order form and master services agreement, which control in the event of conflict.

Site and demo use

The configurator, sample chat and knowledge uploader on this site are illustrative demonstrations. Their output is sample content, not advice, and does not reflect a live assistant configured for your business.

Do not submit confidential, regulated or personal information about others into the demos.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to breach or probe security, no scraping at volumes that degrade service, no reverse engineering, and no use that infringes rights or violates law.

You may not present Vutesa's site content as your own or imply a partnership that does not exist.

White-label rights

Customers on a Vutesa plan may launch assistants under their own name, mark, domain and email identity, subject to their agreement and plan tier.

Vutesa's own marks, including "Vutesa" and "See More. Know More. Do More.", remain the property of Vutesa and are licensed only as set out in a written agreement.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, copy and code are owned by Vutesa and protected by intellectual property law.

Customer content, knowledge sources and configurations remain the customer's property.

AI output disclaimer

AI systems can produce inaccurate or incomplete output. Vutesa provides grounding, citations, guardrails and approval workflows, but customers remain responsible for reviewing output before it is relied on or published.

Do not use AI output as legal, medical, tax or financial advice.

Availability and changes

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site or these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vutesa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data arising from your use of the site.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Vutesa is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules.
